Help us understand the issue while protecting your privacy. Include:

• •A short description of what happened and what you expected.
• •Your device model, Android version, and Astrummo app version, when relevant.
• •The approximate date and time of the issue.
• •A Google Play order number for a billing issue, but never full card information.
• •A screenshot only after removing unrelated personal or sensitive information.

Do not email passwords, verification or status credentials, birth details, chart data, prompts, astrology content, medical records, government identifiers, or full payment-card details.

Identity verification

For account access or deletion requests, contact us from the email associated with your account where possible. We may request limited information needed to confirm ownership and protect the account.

Response timing

We aim to respond as soon as practical. Privacy-rights requests are handled within the period required by applicable law, subject to lawful extensions and reasonable identity verification.

Astrummo support is not an emergency, crisis, medical, or mental-health service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource.
