Subscriptions, Cancellations & Refunds
How Astrummo subscriptions work on Android and, when available, iOS; how to cancel or restore access and request a refund.
Last updated: 3 October 2026
The store that handles your purchase—Google Play on Android or the Apple App Store on iOS when offered—is authoritative for your price, currency, tax, trial eligibility, billing date, renewal terms, cancellation status, and refund decision.
Trial and recurring subscription
Astrummo is free to download. Eligible new customers may receive a 7-day free trial of paid functionality where the billing store offers it to their account. Unless cancelled under that store’s trial terms, it converts automatically to a recurring monthly subscription. An iOS trial is available only if configured in the App Store and shown as eligible before purchase.
Eligible seven-day free-trial users receive 5 Ask Astrummo messages per UTC day. Paid Astrummo Pro users receive 10 Ask Astrummo messages per UTC day. Daily allowances reset at 00:00 UTC, and unused messages do not carry over. All other trial features remain unchanged.
The current United States reference offer is US$19.99 per month; this is not a worldwide price or a guarantee of an iOS offer. Localised prices and offers may differ. The checkout screen shown by the billing store—Google Play or the Apple App Store—before you purchase always controls.
Cancel a subscription
Android — Google Play
- Open Google Play subscription management.
- Sign in to the Google account used to purchase Astrummo.
- Select Astrummo, choose Cancel subscription, and follow Google Play’s instructions.
iOS — Apple App Store, when offered
- On iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions; see Apple’s cancellation instructions for other devices.
- Sign in to the Apple Account used for the purchase, select Astrummo, and choose Cancel Subscription.
- Keep the cancellation confirmation for your records.
Uninstalling Astrummo does not cancel a subscription. If you do not want a trial to renew, follow the billing store’s cancellation deadline; Apple advises cancelling at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Unless the store or mandatory law states otherwise, access continues until the end of the current paid period and future renewal stops.
Refund requests
Refund eligibility depends on what was purchased, when and where it was purchased, the payment method, the billing store’s policy, and mandatory consumer law.
- For an Android purchase, use Google Play’s refund request process and refund guidance.
- For an App Store purchase, use Apple’s refund request process. Apple handles its refund decision; submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
- For help with the service or if the billing store directs you to the developer, email hello@astrummo.com with relevant order details, purchase date, and a short description. Never send full card details.
Nothing on this page limits mandatory rights under applicable Lithuanian, EU/EEA, UK, or other consumer law.
Restore paid access
If you have an active entitlement that is not appearing, confirm that you are signed into the Google or Apple store account used for the purchase, then use the app’s restore-purchase flow on the applicable platform. RevenueCat validates purchases and manages entitlement state; Astrummo does not receive your full payment-card details. A purchase from one store is not automatically transferred to the other store account.
If restoration fails, contact support with a Google Play order number or Apple receipt or order reference, as applicable, and the approximate purchase date; do not send full payment-card details.
Account deletion is separate
Cancelling a subscription does not delete your Astrummo account or personal data. Deleting your Astrummo account does not cancel Google Play or Apple App Store billing. Complete both actions separately if you want to end billing and remove the account.
For deletion instructions, visit Delete My Data.
