Delete My Data
Request deletion of your Astrummo account and associated personal data from inside the app or without reinstalling it.
Last updated: 9 September 2026
Deleting the Astrummo app does not delete server-side account data. Cancelling a Google Play subscription does not delete your account, and deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.
Delete inside the Astrummo app
- Open Astrummo and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Settings, then Privacy & Data.
- Choose Delete Account and review the deletion summary.
- Confirm the request using the in-app confirmation step.
If the labels differ slightly in a later app version, use the account or privacy section in Settings and select the full account-deletion option.
Request deletion outside the app
You can initiate deletion without the app by emailing us from the address associated with your Astrummo account.
Email deletion requestInclude only the email used to sign in and the words “Account deletion request.” Do not send birth details, passwords, payment-card information, or identity documents unless we specifically request limited information needed to verify ownership.
What full deletion covers
Full deletion is designed to remove Astrummo-controlled records connected to your authenticated and pseudonymous identifiers, including:
- The Astrummo account record and active authentication state.
- Birth/profile information and saved chart data.
- Long-term personalisation memory and conversation summaries.
- Per-user interpretation-usage records, notification profiles and deliveries, and related content reports.
- Astrummo-owned local caches, notification data, analytics identity, RevenueCat identity, and diagnostics state when deletion is performed in the app.
We may retain narrowly limited information when required by law, needed to complete a pending transaction, necessary for security or fraud prevention, or required to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Retained data is restricted from ordinary personalisation use.
Selective deletion
If you do not want to close the whole account, Astrummo provides controls to delete conversation memory or birth/profile information separately. These controls may affect personalisation and chart-dependent features.
Remove a service-contact email
Astrummo’s service-contact email is separate from any app account and from the waitlist. Use the private credential supplied after verification to open Service-contact preferences. You can remove the service email there without submitting birth data, chart data, prompts, astrology content, or identity documents.
Removing service contact erases the address and active verification/status credentials from that subsystem. Optional marketing consent may also be enabled or withdrawn independently. Removing service contact does not unsubscribe an address from the separate waitlist, and waitlist unsubscribe does not remove service contact.
Subscriptions and independent providers
Before deleting your account, separately cancel any active Google Play subscription through Google Play subscription management. Account deletion does not automatically cancel future billing.
Deleting Astrummo data does not automatically erase records controlled independently by Google Play, RevenueCat, or another provider. Contact those providers for records under their control.
Timing and help
What happens next
We may contact you to verify account ownership. We process verified requests without undue delay and normally within the period required by applicable data-protection law. Complex requests or lawful retention obligations may require additional time.
For questions, email hello@astrummo.com. See our Privacy Policy for more information about rights and retention.
